  • ½ Cup Chopped Mango
  • ½ Cup Chopped Pineapple
  • 1 Chopped Frozen Banana
  • 2 Tablespoons Porridge Oats
  • 1 Cup Oat milk or any dairy free milk

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
  • sizes vary so add more milk if you want to thin out your smoothie.
  • Pour into a glass and serve.
