- ½ Cup Chopped Mango
- ½ Cup Chopped Pineapple
- 1 Chopped Frozen Banana
- 2 Tablespoons Porridge Oats
- 1 Cup Oat milk or any dairy free milk
Place all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
